CALLING ALL WOMEN THINKING OF BECOMING PREGNANT, PREGNANT, & POSTPARTUM!
Michelle, a pre/postnatal specialist and F45 trainer, will be leading a workshop to teach women how to modify their exercises for each trimester and for postpartum. We will be addressing:
-first trimester info
-second trimester exercise modifications
-third trimester exercise modifications
-how to prep for birth
-how to gage your effort level
-how intense you can workout
-exercises for early postpartum (before cleared by doc)
-returning to exercises after cleared by doctor
WHAT TO WEAR: athletic clothes as you will be testing out some light exercises
GIVEAWAY BAGS: Some of Michelle' favorite brands will be at the event for attendees to take home some pregnancy/motherhood products.
