The Sculpt Society combines powerful sculpting and toning exercises that use bodyweight with easy-to-follow dance cardio for a fun and effective workout. Our goal is to give you a great workout in less than an hour. From beginner to advanced, the TSS method will help you see and feel results, while having FUN working out. Dance experience is not required.
Class will be held outdoors so sun protection is recommended. Please bring your own yoga mat, water and face towel. If you'd like to turn things up a notch, you can bring your own ankle weights.
