Perfect opportunity for someone to jump in and play almost immediately Main focus of this project would be to gig out at small to mid size clubs/ brewery’s and make some loot playing roots covers (I’m open to originals) but learning a bunch of roots reggae standards/riddims and gigging is my main priority. I’m imagining Being able to backline for singer songwriters could be a profitable use of our time as while looking to put together a rock band playing 50% original 50% covers and or remakes. Influences include Zeppelin, Rush, STP, Tesla, early Van Halen, Pink Floyd, TOOL, Alice in Chains, A Perfect Circle, etc. I have a rehearsal space with p.a. and 2 gtr amps and would prefer rehearsing there so I don't have to move my set around. I am 53 just in case age matters. Ideally I'd like to rehearse twice maybe 3 times a week when able too and play out once every 4-6 weeks on average.I’m looking to form a group with some people who just LOVE to play music, specifically some people who love playing drum or bass, and play shows wherever and whenever we can. Learning to master my own voice has been one of the biggest pleasures and rewards of my life. I’ve learned what to do, and more importantly, what NOT to do as a singer.
