Beloved woman, The world is quite intense at the moment and there is a calling for connection and feminine softness as the last few years have evoked soul-searching for many of us, bringing us into deeper awareness who we are as human beings. Do you feel the calling to join other women to share joy, connection, relaxation, and to give your nervous system a rejuvenating reset? Are you interested in nourishing your mind, body, and heart to energize your entire feminine being? A woman is in her healthy bliss when she is in her Yin - receptive, relaxing, loving, spacious, and nurturing energy of mother Earth. Only then can she connect to her core of deeper knowing, intuitive power, healing, balance, and seizing serendipity when it comes to her. If your inner voice is saying YES to such experience, I would like to invite you to join me and other heart-centered women on this day retreat Restorative Day of Yoga and Wellness in picturesque nature oasis Hudson Valley, August 5th, 2022, 8:30 am-5 pm (EST). Included: *Yoga and meditation for relaxation *Group circle practices for connection *Movement to energize body and soul *2 vegetarian meals: breakfast and lunch *Free time in nature, sunbathing, swimming (pool), and enjoying beautiful grounds that provide opportunity to reflect and relax with Nature Trail, with open views of the Hudson River, the Labyrinth, Hope Community Gardens, Healing Hut, and Bee Yard. Not included: *Transportation: the venue is 30 miles north of New York City in Ossining, NY.
