Wanted: Guitarist and Vocalist

We are a bassist and drummer seeking a guitarist (or two) and a vocalist for a cover band. Types of music would be rock, hard rock, alternative, some metal. In terms of what songs we’d play, we do not have a set list yet, but we’d like to play music from the late 60’s to present day. We prefer not to stick to one generation. Overall though we can determine what we all want to play based on the interests of the group. Some bands we are interested in covering are: Sabbath, Hendrix, Zep, Floyd, Metallica, Aerosmith, Ozzy, Dio, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Alice In Chains, Tool, Foo Fighters, etc… For experience, we both have been planing for 20+ years and are looking for other experienced musicians. We have been playing together for several years and can provide you with a solid rhythm / backbone to sing over, riff on, and rip leads to. We also can provide back up vocals. This doesn’t need to be your primary commitment, as we both are involved in other projects/bands. We just want to be able to rock when we get together. Our goal is to put something together so we can gig out once or twice a month in Rhode Island and Southern Mass. We often rehearse at Jam Stage in Pawtucket, but can do whatever works for folks. We typically can rehearse once a week if needed. We both have pro gear, transportation, and dedicated practice ethic. We’ll show up ready to play whatever we’re setting out to do.
