Raising Healthy Families is a workshop presented by group of passionate moms and providers committed to see our community build health families! Relax, learn, and equip your family to live a natural and holistic life. Learn from a panel of moms and a panel of holistic providers, the keys, tips, and tricks to live a truly preventative natural life with littles! We will cover natural normal development from conception to school age, pre/postnatal nutrition, post-partum highs/lows, over-coming picky eating, identifying hidden toxins in your home, debunking myths of building a natural immune system, and many other every day practical action steps for your family to live abundantly. Child care is provided, food and beverages will be available (and can even be pre-ordered), everything will be set for you to relax and enjoy your morning!
