Alpha Omega Collective showcases Bordeaux-inspired releases from Alpha Omega in Napa Valley, Burgundian varietals Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays from Tolosa in San Luis Obispo’s very own Edna Valley and Mediterranean reds from Perinet in Spain’s Priorat. Each winery showcases its deep regional roots where the influence of the sea and stunning, rock- laden soils combine to produce world-class wine with unique accents. Our expert team wanted to showcase one of the biggest wine purveyors in the SLO County area and ultimately allow you to taste a world of terroir in one culinary & wine experience. A wine-expert from Alpha Omega will walk you through each wine and further explain the background, philosophy and vision of their world-class winemaking approach. The dinner will begin with a reception in our Edible Gardens with hors d'oeuvres & wine, then move to our Olive Tree terrace for al fresco dining. The price includes a service charge.
