Rehoming Homing Pigeon

I am looking to rehome a homing pigeon. My circumstances changed and I am unable to keep him. I got him a few days ago, he is in good health, and most importantly, he is not trained to fly back to his coop yet, so he will not fly back to me once rehomed and your money will not be wasted. He is a vanloom pigeon, bred for speed and homing abilities, if you are looking to race him, or just have a pet that will always come back to you. Name your price, as I am pretty desperate to get him to a good home asap. just be reasonable as I'm trying to re-coop (get it?) at least some of the cost. I am unable to return him to the seller due to their policies. He seems pretty cool as far as birds go, but I haven't sussed out his personality yet.
