Tres Sabores was listed by Tasting Table this year as "Top 25 Absolute Best Wineries in Napa Valley"Come meet trailblazing winemaker Julie Johnson and winery Operations Manager Maggie Mazoti from Tres Sabores, Napa Valley, for an intimate, 5 wine, limited seating tasting! For our tasting Julie and Maggie will talk about and taste us through their mostly winery only wines: 2021 Rosé ‘Ingrid & Julia’, Napa Valley (retail $32, only 586 cases produced): "Zinfandel & Petite Sirah are whole-cluster pressed, fermented in stainless-steel, and blended to create a beautiful, dry, Provencal-style" 2021 Sauvignon blanc, Farina Vineyard Sonoma (retail $36, only 400 cases): "An aromatic walk through a farmers' market with white nectarines and heirloom cider apples." Thinking Cap Red, NV, St Laurent and Malbec (retail $34): Extremely limited production. In fact there are only 10 acres of St. Laurent grape planted in California! This will be a treat to taste this fresh red wine. 2020 ¿Por Qué No? , California Red Wine (retail $38, only 1,200 cases): "With a fresh aroma of dark fruit, spices & chocolate, and a robust yet smooth finish" 2019 Rutherford Perspective Cabernet Sauvignon (retail $130, only 10 barrels!): "100% Cabernet Sauvignon that sings of its history, Rutherford terroir. Lovely & classic! Ribbons of dusty blackberry, deep plums, cherry fruit, cedar, with aromatic highlights of sweet spices including star anise." The $25 fee includes the tasting!
