In November 2022, Massachusetts residents will elect a new Attorney General. The Massachusetts Attorney General is the chief lawyer and law enforcement officer in the state. They act as the "People's Lawyer" and as an advocate and resource in many ways, including combating fraud and corruption, investigating and prosecuting crime, and protecting civil rights, the environment, consumers, and workers.
On Thursday, July 28th at 6:30pm, the Black Economic Council of Massachusetts (BECMA) will host the Attorney General Forum in partnership with E for All, The Lawrence Partnership, and The Davis System. This in-person event will feature a discussion with candidates Andrea Campbell, Quentin Palfrey, and Shannon Liss-Riordan.
Join us in the heart of Lawrence at Northern Essex Community College (45 Franklin St, Lawrence, MA 01840), to learn more about the candidates, their impact on our community, and how they intend to represent us.
Register now as tickets are limited for this in-person experience.
We look forward to seeing you there!
