Dates: 6/26, 7/10, 7/24 and 8/21 Class: 11:00am - 12:00pm (45min class) Location: The Royal Palms Rooftop at 1750 N Milwaukee Ave (weather permitting) What’s that saying? You gotta detox to retox? Or maybe it’s retox to detox?? Either way, we‘re hoping to be your one-stop shop for BOTH here at The Royal Palms. We’ve got the retoxing part down pat and we’re tackling the detoxing situation by hosting Corepower‘s Sunday morning ShuffleYoga on our sunshiny outdoor Lido Deck at 11:00am! Your ticket gets you a gorgeous, 45 minute vinyasa yoga class to get you centered, stretched and strong AND a sort of hydrating, definitely refreshing Royal Palms’ tropical cocktail, so you can start the whole process over again! You’ll want to bring your own mat (and maybe some sunscreen) and invite some friends to meet you on the roof when the club opens at noon, so can downward dog your way into a top notch Sunday afternoon.
