Join us for our 5th annual Back to School Giveaway which will includes a Health Fair. This years event will be in collaboration with: Partners for Health Kids Mothers Nutrition Kooking4Kids Oxford Academy Key Club PETA Safe and SecureAngel City Derby FREE Hot Dogs, Refreshments, Backpacks and School Supplies will be provided to 500 elementary, middle and high school students in k-12th grade on a first come first served basis. ONE PER CHILD. Immunizations for school age children 4-18 will be offered onsite for our limited appointments - registration and prior immunization record required. Adults 18 and over can receive FREE Blood Pressure and Glucose checks in addition to fresh produce for ALL. All students must be present and accompanied by a Parent or Guardian in order to receive gift & services. Call (310) 803-7139 to register for your immunization appointment or for more information.
