install flooring over concrete floor in basement

Looking for an experience flooring installer to remove the current laminate flooring in my basement and install new flooring. I will purchase all supplies. Floor is not totally level and not all the walls have baseboards as the walls in the basement are concrete, so someone experience dealing with these issues is necessary.
