Hi, I am a multi-instrumentalist singer/songwriter in my 50s. I am putting together a group of responsible adults and sharing a rehearsal studio at Secret Studios. Looking for musicians who need a place to make some noise periodically. Will be fully furnished with 48" upright piano, full drum set, amps, instruments, sofa, fridge, good lighting and art. This is a small group, not a band. Folks can play together as they like. The group will be 7-8 people max splitting $1200/mo in rent, so buy-in is $200, with some limited exception (I can explain). You get access to instruments and a good schedule with flexibility. This is not for instrument storage. It is going to be super nice and clean. I have attached photos of what type of "look" to expect.
