Please join us on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for an exclusive preview of Sol y Sombra restaurant, located inside the historic adobe at The Paloma Resort, the Coachella Valley’s newest boutique hotel.
Sol y Sombra features a tapas-style menu that celebrates the Coachella Valley’s agricultural roots, lacing Spanish-inspired dishes with citrus, dates, chilies and other locally-grown ingredients. Guests of this preview tasting will enjoy small bites of featured menu items, paella, signature Paloma cocktails, Aperol Spritzes, and Cava sparkling wine.
