Pillars of Hope Counseling Services will be hosting, "SOAR" Women's Mental Health & Wellness Symposium. The event will be held at Belhaven Acres, in Richmond Hill, GA, where women will be able to learn about psycho-educational tools and methods surrounding topics such as depression, self-care, anxiety, trauma, and grief. Come enjoy a cup of coffee and onsite "retail therapy, while local mental health professionals and wellness coaches, teach us how to "SOAR" through the difficult and transitional seasons of life.
