PRACTICE ROOM SUBLET @ Old Rainier

ISO a band join to our practice room (or perhaps a couple individuals) at the Old Rainier Brewery (ORB). The room has a shared drum kit and PA, some storage, though not enough for drum sets or massive amps, and is clean and organized. Rent is paid electronically, month to month, and proratable at move-in. Move-out requires one month notice. If interested, please email for pricing and availability.
