Come join Soul Centered Connections for an hour and a half workshop on July 17th from 6:00pm-7:30pm to help you deepen your spiritual practice. There will be meditations, visualizations, exercises to help you tune into & protect your aura, chanting, and we will end the night with ecstatic dance. Ecstatic dance is a style of dance that requires no specific steps or patterns of movement. Individuals are invited to get lost in the music as they connect to their mind, bodies, and spirits.
