Whether a first-time guest or frequent visitor to Cornell Botanic Gardens, join this tour to discover some less commonly visited paths, plants and garden views. Be charmed by dwarf trees and plants from far-away lands, puzzle over a grafted oddity, wander down an off-the-beaten-buzzing track of pollinator plants and insects, and get cozy with trees that sometimes have knees or cones with lips! Expect to walk for 60-90 minutes on a loop that includes steps, slopes and slightly uneven natural pathways. Experience the Botanic Gardens in a new way and explore some unusual plants and locales -- hiding in plain sight!
Fee: $12 general admission; free for Botanic Gardens members; pre-registration required as space is limited.
Instructor: Teresa Craighead, Garden Guide and Master Gardener Volunteer
