Association Executive Board Members must take an Admin class every THREE YEARS. This class is a requirement to keep board members up to date on legal changes, how to run an association, proper handling of funds, parent and player participation, background screening, budgeting, personnel management, hearings and appeals, commissioners and coordinators.
Mandatory attendance every three years from the from a minimum of the following Executive Board Members: President, Vice President, Football Commissioner, Cheer & Dance Coordinator, Secretary, & Treasurer
Validity: 3 years
