PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE LATE - For the respect of the trainers and the football volunteers we will start the class promptly at 9:00 am. We will allow a ten-minute late period. ABSOLUTELY no one will be permitted to enter the class after 9:10. Cheer Hands-on Course for everyone listed on the Cheer/Dance Roster. (Inclusive of Association Cheer & Dance Coordinators, Head Coaches, Asst Coaches, Team Mom, Jr Coaches, Student Demonstrators) WHAT TO WEAR: Proper workout clothing including sneakers you will be instructed on different skills; mandatory participation is required to pass the class. The course covers basic instruction on approved techniques, understanding risks, and injuries, proper training, managing parent relationships, and other important skills to adequately become a cheer coach. There will be a test at the end of the course. Cost: $50.00 Pre-registered, Walk-in: $65.00 for walk-ins (walk-in registration starts 30 minutes prior to the start of the class.
