Put down your paintbrush, we're going to "paint" with wool!See what the all the rage is about- needle felting is fast becoming a popular art form for experienced artists and creators, as well as for those who don't consider themselves creative. During this workshop, we'll cover the basics of 2-d needle felting on a wool surface. You'll take home a felted image of our beautiful state in a 6" hoop (or 2 of them in 3" hoops, your choice!). The Salty Owl Studio is located on the second floor (up 2 flights of stairs) in an historic building. Please reach out prior to the workshop if you need accommodations. This workshop is designed for people ages 8 and up, and requires advanced fine motor skills and dexterity that may be a challenge for some younger kiddos.
