PITTSBURGH, PA — Two men are in police custody following a barricade situation Tuesday in Troy Hill, authorities said. Earlier in the day, SWAT responded to the scene along the 1000 block of Province Street, where authorities said there was an armed and barricaded man. Police reported the scene to be secure around 2 p.m. The situation closed several roads in the area, including Troy Hill Road. Roads will reopen soon, police around 2 p.m. ALERT: SWAT is responding to an armed and barricaded male on the 1000 block of Province Street in Troy Hill.
