Block wall repairs

Looking for a block wall repairman to fix a bunch of cracks in between blocks and inside blocks. I believe the job will take your entire day. 1) Some blocks have cracks in between. 2) Some blocks have cracks inside. The blocks are brownish so I expect you try to color match the cement as much as possible. 3) Some blocks on top came out and need to be reset. 4) Finally, there is a gap between the walls which used to be filled but now there is no cement in-between. Pictures do not show ALL cracks - just very small sample of them Please let me know how much experience you have with making block wall repairs. Looking for experienced with blocks only !!!
