Call or Text Cell # 720-989-0053 We are looking for energetic individuals with a positive attitude who can work in a fast-paced environment, are personable, reliable, loyal, a team player, a quick learner, and can trim dry-cured product. Job Type: • This is a GIG/ Part-time position that has the potential to transition full-time as the company grows. We are looking for people who want to come back to work for us on future trims. Currently, we are estimating about 1-2 weeks of trimming per month. When & Where: • ASAP: Monday 7/11 – Wednesday 7/13 • Schedule: 9am - 5pm (depending on how much is trimmed, we may coordinate with you to come back next week and future trims). • Where: We are located in Colorado Springs, CO • Location: Our Trim Manager, Sam, will provide our address via phone call or text. License Requirement: • CO MED Employee Badge (Required) Duties: • Perform all tasks, including trimming plants by hand, separating different plant strains, maintaining clean workstations, cleaning trimming equipment, post-harvest cleanup, and all other duties as assigned. Requirements: • You must be a minimum of 21 years of age and must possess a MED Badge. • You must be able to learn and take direction. • You must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs • You have the physical ability to perform manual labor tasks. • You must be able to sit, stand, and bend for a long and extended period of time. • You must follow company policies and product standards. • You must be able to work independently • You have safe, reliable transportation. • You can start immediately. • You must be able to read and write at an appropriate level to complete the job Responsibilities: • You must comply with safety standards • You must comply with MED rules and regulations • You must have the ability to communicate with peers effectively • No previous experience required but preferred** Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with warehouse procedures • Productivity • Experience working in a complex, fast-paced environment • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information • Ability to operate a weighing scale accurately • Punctuality • Good communication skills • Strong organizational and follow-through skills • Accountability and initiative • Detail-oriented • Ability to stand, sit, and trim for long periods of time • Team oriented and self-motivated Pay: $125 PER LB TRIMMED
