Handymen needed I am a small family handyman business and I am looking to grow my business I’m looking for reliable, self motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and sense of integrity Job skills would include the basics needed to repair and maintain a home: Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry Drywall repair Ability to navigate a ladder Interior and exterior Painting Yard work Snow removal Furniture assembly Social skills would include: Listening Direct communication Respect for a customers home and needs Ability to have polite conversation Positive, can do attitude Internal filter, i.e. your emotions and challenges are not the customers business Other skills would include: Self directed Ability to show up on time Efficient time management Take direction Ability to think critically and make decisions Ability to take criticism and feedback and pivot when necessary Ability to make a plan and execute Ability to learn on the fly and from your mistakes Ability to maintain a standard level of grooming Honesty, integrity and self worth You don’t have to know how to do everything all the time, but you do need to be open and honest about you limitations, we are all human I’m looking for part time workers as we grow and build.
