I-75 Shooting In Detroit Injures Man After Bullet Shatters Glass: Cops

DETROIT — A man was injured Thursday night when someone fired shots at his car while he was driving south on Interstate 75 in Detroit, Michigan State Police said. Police said the man was driving on southbound Interstate 75 near Clay Street at 10:55 p.m. when someone in a black Dodge Charger fired a round through his windshield, causing shattered glass to strike him. The man then exited the freeway onto Interstate 94, while the Charger continued driving south on Interstate 75, police said. The victim was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, police said.
