Looking for an experienced plumber to - reset a leaking toilet - fix a toilet that isn’t flushing well - install a new small vanity + sink, get rid of old pedestal sink In addition you should ideally be able to do some general contracting work the same day such as - mounting two TVs Mounting 4 curtain rods (bring your own ladder) - install a smart lock - hang a shower curtain - fix a lock (hard to open) - silicone two tubs Even better if you have a truck and can haul away some trash & can bring some furniture items from nearby Location is downtown Albany Please respond with your plumbing experience, ability to do the other work, availability and desired hourly rate
