SCAD seeks an experienced high-rise maintenance technician to join its team full-time in Atlanta.
The High Rise Maintenance Technician will have the training in the specific high-rise systems used on the new high-rise residence hall and perform the maintenance on these systems. The High Rise Maintenance Technician does general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, painting, moving, and event setups. On-call hours are required and the person is considered essential personnel in responding to emergency situations.
