PHILADELPHIA — A man died after being struck by a SEPTA train Wednesday morning following an incident where he reportedly attacked someone.
The man was found at about 5:45 a.m. dead under a train at 15th and Market streets, according to SEPTA.
NBC10 reports the man punched another person then jumped in front of the train.
The person who was punched was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
There is no word on what led to the incident.
SEPTA ran shuttle service from 30th Street to 5th Street Station until about 8 a.m. due to the incident.
