Tigger is missing please help

Gray/Silver snowfoot tabby cat he is a 3 yr old newtered Male, with a very distinct cry. He has been missing since July 5th. Tigger will respond to my calling him. Please if you have seen him let me know I almost got scammed today about him once already and my heart can't take it.
