Warehouse cleanup; residential and commercial landscape and meticulous upkeep; tile work, light plumbing, irrigation, general repair. Must know how to work with tools. Hard worker that has attention to detail. Some travel within Northern California. Possibly include very, very cheap rent on commercial property with 1500 sq/ft house if ALSO functions as night watch person. Medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacation. Sorry, no children and no pets due to industrial location. Part time company truck during working hours. Must have good driving record; pass drug test and pre-employment physical. Experience necessary. Salary negotiable based on experience and abilities.
