Goal for the shipping and maintenance associate is to get shipments ready within a reasonable time while maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse. Must be able to make minor repairs (replace light bulbs, filters, plumbing). Strong organization skills and attention to detail are a must for this position. Primary Duties: Packing orders and preparing parts for shipment Complete task accurately and quickly Drive shipments to airport and Fedex when needed. Drive times may result in overtime. Comply with industry safety standards, practices, and procedures Handle, maintain and care for service equipment and tools Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle up to 80lbs and up to 200lbs team lift Must be physically fit and able to stand for lengthy periods of time, bend, climb, crawl and stoop Must have good verbal and written communication skills Flexible work schedule necessary Must have a driver's license, good driving record and reliable transportation Operate a forklift Operate power tools, include a foam gun and shipping tools Prioritize and time management Experience: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent 3 years plus experience in warehouse environment 1 year experience in shipping / receiving position Familiarity with ESD handling a plus Carpentry and mechanical skills a plus Job is based in Hutto, TX. Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm. Occasional weekend shipment.
