Central Bethany, one of Portland's fastest growing professional property management companies near the Beaverton/Hillsboro area seeks an efficient Landscape Lead to join our facilities team! Position is Full Time which comes with great perks! Valid drivers license required. Ideal Schedule M-F 7am-330Pm. Pay $22.50 - $23.50 + $750 sign on bonus! Experience: -3+ years of Landscaping experience -At least 1 year of experience as a crew leader and/or supervisor Duties: -Implement route schedules and manage completion of work -Effectively manage a team and be project management focused -Safely operate company issued equipment -Provide recommendations to improve service to Maintenance Manager -Liaison between management and outside vendors -Perform planting, composting, weeding, mowing, and blowing of leaves and grass -Pick up loose mail, trash, debris and dispose of it appropriately -Trim and prune hedges as well as perform edging tasks -Operate leaf blower, pressure washer, lawn mower, and other equipment as needed -Be responsible for managing remote properties which include; Gresham, Beaverton, and Hillsboro.
