We are looking for Experienced Maintenance Techs needed for Multifamily Apartment buildings in Central Los Angeles, & West Los Angeles.
*This is a full time position*
*Must have reliable transportation and a valid California Driver's license to travel to different properties*
*Be able to perform maintenance tasks such as electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, roof repairs, etc.
*Have great customer service and organizational skills, as well as excellent problem solving skills.
*Self-motivated, takes initiative with a willingness to acquire new skills and a positive attitude a must
*Must be available for on-call emergencies during evenings, weekends and holidays.
