Hatched June 3, living out in coop with no supplemental heat most nights given our current heat. I have 6 chicks to give away. All have feathered feet and are very healthy. They hatched from dark eggs (picture of eggs included, I couldn't tell you which chick from which egg!). Full disclosure, these chicks are all looking male to me. Out of 9 chicks in this hatch, 8 look male. A humbling lesson in real-life statistics. OR, they could just be from a really butch line of chicks and some could turn out female, who knows.
