Location: Bellflower, various souther ca cities Degenerate up to no good, trapping cats. Not sure if this is the same guy, lots of these posts gong around right now. Giovanni Sevilla writes below... "I’ve been feeding a colony of cats for a couple of years in Norwalk, California. And today when I was feeding them, I saw a white guy that looked around his 30s In a 4 ford grey truck. And he was watching the cats so I asked what he was doing and he said that he was trying to adopt the cats to give them a better life. I then later went to the market for a couple of minutes since Its so close by and when I came back the guy had set up a trap even though he said he wouldn't. So, I got mad and I drove to him and he ran off. I had then later grabbed the trap and put It In my truck. And after I got the trap, I stayed there and the guy was just going around and around. So, he was obviously trying to catch the cats for a bad purpose. And I also saw this guy In other colonies most likely trying to capture more cats. So, I had taken a picture of his truck and am going to destroy his trap as well as keep Investigating on this. If you see this guy, please report him to the police as he Is trying to trap cats for bad purposes."
