Band looking to share a lockout rehearsal space at Franciso Studios in Vernon (off the 710 frwy at Atlantic Boulevard). -Approx. 18' x 12' room -We have a PA + mics, Marshall half stack, Ashdown bass amp with Ampeg cab + 4-piece DW drum kit. -You're welcome to use our backline (PA, amps, drums + mics) or bring your own. -We only rehearse once a week and have a flexible schedule. -$350 monthly rent.* *If you've shopped around at all for rehearsal space lately, you know rent has SKYROCKETED. This price is DIRT CHEAP, particularly given it's a lockout with a backline. Hit me back ASAP, otherwise, we'll be forced to give up the space.
