Both Finland and Poland have passed legislation and allocated funds to construct border walls between their countries and Russia and its ally Belarus. The walls will not be designed to prevent an invasion by tanks and armer, rather to prevent subversive terrorists and "undocumented" foreigners from infiltrating their sovereign nations from other countries. For those who claim walls don't work, Poles and Fins obviously don't agree with you.
