We passed each other this evening, on I Street NW, near 16th St, around 6:40. Made eye contact, sorta smiled…then both looked back. Probably twice. And then you waved. Would love to find out who you are. You had a short beard, great eyes. Were walking with an older woman. Long shot, but figured I’d try. Hope you see this.
