Ricochet needs a home GSD pup 14weeks old girl

Ricochet (Rickey) is 14weeks old. Very smart girl loves everyone mostly potty trained has been dewormed her puppy shots except rabies not old enough yet. My Kangal will not except her the older Rickey gets the more dominant Sully is getting and starting to be aggressive with her. Rickey loves other dogs and don’t understand why she’s mean to her. It's not fair to Rickey and I have to consider Sully and what she's capable of. I do not and refuse to allow it to get so far as a physical fight as she gets older and I know sully could kill her. Yes I’m asking for a rehoming fee she was not cheap paid $2800 asking $1000 so no one has ulterior motives get her to flip her for a profit! She is not to be rehomed she must go to a forever home and anyone with GSD or working breed experience knows they are one family dogs. German shepherds from a good breeder with good temperament and good health lines NOT a backyard breeder are not cheap. Yes I could give her back to breeder but I want to know she’s going to a good forever home! I love this pup and personally want to know where she’s going and to make sure she’s loved as much as I love her! Must have a vet reference I will not let her go to someone who supposedly don’t have one.
