Long haired, male cat, black with white whiskers. He is 17 yrs. old and thin. He is wearing a Seresto collar. I have been trying to keep him in but he got out three days ago and he has not come back. He usually stays near home if he does get out. In the area of Adams St., Binghamton (Prospect Terrace).
