Property management company looking for general labor to work on vacant and occupied properties. Right now we are focusing on staffing for our grass cut division but are always looking for people with construction back ground as well we have several make readies coming up here in the next couple weeks. We pay weekly with one week in the hold. We do offer advances on a cases by case basis Ideal candidate will have the following Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to rent uhauls in their own name ( we will pay for the U-Haul cost up front) Ability to follow specific instruction to a t Their own android base smart phone Must be able to mainly communicate through text .... We are a second chance company so we don't do background checks or drug screens all we ask is you come to work ready to work and your honest about any issues you may have
