drywall - hung, finished, sanded

I need 40 sheets of drywall hung and ready for priming. this is mainly a total open area, with only cloest being a large pantry in kitchen. ceilings are 8 feet. Please have experiences. I also need done in a timely manor. hanging 1 day,3 days for finishing, 1 day for sanding(approx - i just cant have this tale 2 weeks). should be ready by next weekend the 15th. mainly 8 foot boards, with some 10 footers thrown in for less cutting. I will supply drywall, glue(i at least want ceiling glued) and mud(based on your preference. I will pay 30/sheet. Please supply photos of work. I want pieces scattered and hung horizontally(I get so many that hang vertically and i simply do not like)
