Hi I'm looking for a trustworthy, handy someone that has a wide open schedule or retired. Needed to take care of our properties in Latonia. Must live very close by and would prefer that you have a truck or work van.. Minor repairs, like sink sprayer replacement or smoke alarm battery replacement, to hanging a door or replacing a receptacle. We can negotiate wage based on experience. Serious only reply thanks
