Full-time landscape maintenance person needed for busy property management company. Knowledge of basic landscape power tools and some maintenance tools required. Need to have a vehicle. Pay $20-$22 to start. Mileage paid, helathcare benefits after 60 days, 10 holidays paid per year, and 5 sick days. Need to be a self-starter. Job description - mowing, edging, weeding, cleaning trash, checking sprinkler systems, minor maintenance such as replacing fence boards, posting signs or replacing light bulbs, painting curbs, etc.
