"Full set up" wanted 1-2 months free rent

Hi there, I am seeking 1-2 months free rent. I need a full set up; or charity. I am a single 57 year old male with a heart condition. I am definately not a normal person. I am mentally ill. Autistic/savant Schizophrenia/depression: I need a place in Vegas, if possible. I have lived with my family here for 34 years, I have a very bad background. The worst. I may be able to pay 400 for the second month (next month). I paid my rent here for the month 700 (for July). but I would like to move. I have no car. So I could use a lift every once in a while to start. So, I am seeking a place to start off (either from today's date) now. or at the beginning of August: to be clearer.
