Desiring a small dog for an apartment

Hi gays I'm just writing to kind of put my feelers out there I am looking for a smaller dog preferably 25 pounds or less that is fairly calm very chill but really good for an apartment complex they would need to have all of their shots and spay neuter do to apartment rules where I live
