Looking to rehome my blue quaker parrot he is 1 year old. Will come with cage and accessories. (Will not just sale parrot) I need everything gone cage and all. Sweet and spicy all in one. Experienced owner is required. No apartment living for this bird, as he can and does get loud at times. Learning new words daily. Hand tamed and will walk up on your hand.
