Ruby River Hotel would like you to come join our local team! We are looking for a maintenance person who has experience in building maintenance. The best candidate will be professional, personable and be able to take direction. They will not be afraid of a hard days work, and will be reliable and be a self starter. Pay will depend on experience. Looking for an additional maintenance worker from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Must be able to work weekends! Responsibilities: · Maintain the property and repair as needed including but not limited to: · Plumbing repairs · Electrical repairs · Lock replacements · Inspect and maintain rooms before and after occupancy · Deliver Packages to guests if needed Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: · Ability to multi-task, follow through and meet deadlines · Ability to operate a standard small truck and lift-gate · Be professional, courteous, and tactful with all guests and co-workers · Ability to read, write and communicate effectively Qualifications: · Two (2) years experience in residential building or hotel maintenance and equipment systems preferred How to Apply: You can come to 700 N Division Street and apply in person or send your resume to [email protected].
